Sesotec presents a virtual interpack exhibition stand

Highlight: “THiNK” AI-powered metal detection for greater food safety and reduced food waste

In light of the developing coronavirus situation, the 2020 interpack trade fair in Düsseldorf has been rescheduled for February 25 to March 3, 2021. Sesotec GmbH welcomes this postponement as a necessary measure to protect the health and safety of all interpack presenters and visitors.

In the meantime, in order to keep Sesotec customers up-to-date on company news, the manufacturer of contaminant detection and material sorting technologies is launching a virtual trade show experience.  Starting May 7, 2020, interested parties can visit http://www.sesotec.com/en/interpack to learn about the exciting product developments Sesotec would have presented at the exhibition.

Under the slogan “Driving Impact – Safe food and saving food,“ Sesotec will present on a number of issues concerning food safety and the fight against food waste. The virtual exhibition will cover some of the most pressing challenges facing the food processing and manufacturing industries, from conserving resources, to production efficiency, to increasing profitability, to environmental protection.

Highlight: Metal Detection with Artificial Intelligence

The virtual trade show exhibit will also feature the debut of Sesotec’s latest innovation: “THiNK,” an AI-software for metal detection equipment. Other topics include food safety compliance and a lifetime warranty package for x-ray inspection systems.

“The interpack may have been rescheduled for next year,” says Uli Hurzlmeier, Product Manager for Food at Sesotec, “but we will still take this opportunity to present our latest products and service innovations to our customers.  We look forward to welcoming many visitors to our virtual exhibition stand.”
