Sesotec at IFFA 2025: On a new level

Sesotec, one of the world’s leading developers and manufacturers of devices and systems for foreign body detection and material sorting, is presenting a whole series of innovations for increased efficiency and safety in the meat processing industry from May 3 to May 8, 2025 at IFFA in Frankfurt. At booth C18 in Hall 12.0, visitors can see for themselves the technologies for quality assurance and process control in the food industry. • Metal detector coil INTUITY – Thanks to THiNK, the integrated artificial intelligence, INTUITY features improved detection performance for products with high product effect. False reject is reduced, and metal detection in conveyor applications becomes even more precise and efficient.

• Metal separator LIQUISCAN – Specially developed for liquid and paste-like foods. Integrated before vacuum fillers, pumps, clipper systems, and sausage stuffing machines, LIQUISCAN accurately and reliably detects and removes metallic foreign body.

• Metal detection system VARICON+ – A flexibly deployable conveyor belt system with highly sensitive metal detection, ideal for end-of-line inspection.

• RAYCON X-ray inspection systems – High-precision foreign body detection in food, appearing for the first time at IFFA 2025 in a new AI-supported version for even more accurate detection of even the smallest contaminants.

• Compliance Package – Comprehensive software and documentation solutions to support compliance with global food safety standards (e.g. IFS, BRC, HACCP), including automated test protocols.

• User-oriented operating interface Insight.HMI – An intuitive, modern-designed user interface for simple and efficient machine control, reducing training effort and optimizing operator guidance.
