Sesotec honors 28 jubilees for their long-standing loyalty

A special highlight at the end of 2024 was the honoring of 28 long-serving employees at Sesotec, who have made a significant contribution to the company’s success with 10 to 35 years of service. With heartfelt words and individual certificates, the management expressed its gratitude for the loyalty and tireless efforts. “Without the support and commitment of our employees, our achievements would not be possible,” emphasized Sesotec CFO Niklas Burkart in his address.
The greatest attention was given to the employees with 30 and 35 years of service. They were awarded a golden lapel pin, which was presented as a sign of appreciation for their long-standing loyalty and expertise. “It is important to us to duly honor this many years of loyalty and immense experience,” explained Burkart.
Many of the honorees have been with Sesotec since their training and have significantly contributed to the company’s development and growth over the past decades. Their stories serve as inspiring examples of steadfastness and commitment in an ever-changing working world.
The ceremony took place in a special setting: In the newly constructed production hall at Innovationsring 1, employees, honorees, and management came together to look back on a successful year. The choice of location was not only practical but also symbolic: The state-of-the-art production hall of the #NextLevelFactory, which was completed only recently, provided the perfect setting for the celebration.
With pride in what has been achieved so far and full of drive for the future, the company embarks on another exciting chapter of its history.
