Sesotec awarded again as "Top Employer in Small and Medium-sized Businesses"

As in the past three years, Sesotec is once again among the "Top Employers in the SME Sector" in 2025. The prestigious award is presented annually by the job portal Yourfirm.de and honors the most attractive employers in the SME sector.
The selection is based on the access and reading behavior of job seekers on Yourfirm.de. During the evaluation period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, the 1,000 most popular employers were determined among more than 10,000 medium-sized companies – and Sesotec is one of them. "We are proud to be among the best employers in the SME sector. This award shows that our commitment to an attractive work environment and sustainable career opportunities is appreciated. Our #NextLevelCareer program, with extensive initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining talent as well as promoting the development opportunities of our employees, is bearing fruit," says Max Keilhofer, Team Leader Human Resources at Sesotec.
Studies show that around 76% of applicants, whether consciously or unconsciously, consider awards in their choice of employer. Sesotec is noticing a significant improvement in the number of applicants.
