In this episode of the series "We are Sesotec - Success Stories," we are delighted to introduce two inspiring young leaders: Franziska Mandl and Eva-Maria Eberl. With passion and commitment, they lead the Customer Competence Center and demonstrate how professional success and personal development go hand in hand at Sesotec.

Franziska Mandl and Eva-Maria Eberl jointly lead a team of 22 employees. These two power women are renowned not only for their professional expertise but also for their ability to tackle challenges with an attentive ear and great enthusiasm.

Eva started at Sesotec in 2016 and took on team leadership as early as 2020. She recalls, "I was supported from the very beginning, which made the transition into a leadership position much easier." Franzi joined Sesotec in 2018 after completing her business degree in economics and also advanced into a leadership role in 2021. "The positive working atmosphere and the opportunity for further development motivated me from the start," she explains.

Their range of responsibilities spans from customer service and technical clarifications to independently managing clients. At trade shows and in both internal and external discussions, Franzi and Eva serve as key points of contact. Their team is an indispensable interface between customers, production, and shipping.

For their roles, Franzi and Eva underwent internal leadership training and further education as a business and life coach. "These trainings have helped us tremendously not only professionally, but also personally," explains Franzi. Regular exchanges with colleagues and support from supervisors complete their development at Sesotec.

Time management is one of the biggest challenges. "Setting priorities correctly and delegating tasks is essential, especially in stressful times," emphasizes Eva. However, the strong team cohesion and the trust of their colleagues help both of them keep everything in perspective.

Privately, both enjoy the Bavarian nature. While Eva recharges her energy on her bike, Franzi finds her balance at the gym. Both appreciate the high quality of life in the region and the balance between nature and urban living.
