The RAPID PRO-SENSE metal separator, featuring a round ejection mechanism without dead zones, is primarily used for quality control in the dispatch of powdery, sensitive materials that demand high cleanliness and frequent material changes. Overall, the RAPID PRO-SENSE impresses with its high performance, easy cleaning, and flexible installation options.
To further enhance product quality, the MAGBOX inline magnetic separator is employed. Thanks to the extremely powerful neodymium magnetic material, it can separate even iron dust and weakly magnetized stainless steel particles from the product stream. Magnetic separators, positioned before inductive metal separators, sort out Fe metals and thus reduce the load on inductive separation.
