Topping out ceremony for the New-Level-Factory by Sesotec

On October 21, 2024, Sesotec celebrated a significant milestone: the topping-out ceremony for the new New-Level-Factory. The shell is complete, the roof has been installed, and the timber-hybrid building has been successfully erected. This marks an important step in the development of this innovative project. 

Almost 100 guests attended, including numerous distinguished guests such as District Administrator Sebastian Gruber, all three mayors of the market town of Schönberg, and the shareholders of VTC, Stefan and Jürgen Leuze. After the topping-out declaration made by the carpenter high atop the shell, Stefan Feldmeier, managing director of Sesotec Immobilien GmbH, thanked all the craftsmen and installers from the construction companies involved (Brüninghoff, Caverion, solar Pur AG, among others) for their dedication and expertise, which made this construction possible. “Without the hard work and commitment of the entire team, we would not be here today,” Feldmeier said. “Despite the numerous challenges that can arise on a construction site, every obstacle was overcome with great success.” 

Special thanks were also extended to the architects, planners, and the entire project team who brought the vision of the New-Level-Factory to life with their creativity and expertise. Feldmeier also highlighted the collaboration with VTC, who, as a reliable partner, have significantly supported the progress of the project, as well as the market town and the district. 

The topping-out ceremony also provided an opportunity to look ahead to the future: “The New-Level-Factory will be a place where people feel comfortable, come together, and develop new ideas. A space that will further strengthen the innovative power and collaboration at Sesotec and enrich the company,” said Feldmeier. 

The joyous occasion concluded with a traditional bread time in a cozy gathering.
