The RAYCON D+ HX high-end X-ray inspection system features the highest detection accuracy, which significantly exceeds the requirements of food regulations. The RAYCON EX 1 X-ray inspection system is a solution that offers maximum performance and ease of use at a moderate price. As a special trade show highlight, a live setup demonstrates how, with high throughput rates of 1000 pieces per minute, X-ray technology still ensures the highest detection accuracy.
The VARICON+ D metal detection system is equipped
with the INTUITY THiNK metal detector. This technology is based on artificial
intelligence and is predestined for difficult applications, such as meat
products with high intrinsic conductivity. INTUITY THiNK makes it possible to
almost completely suppress the product effect and achieve extremely high
sensitivities. At the same time, false triggering is avoided and food losses
are minimized. The other conveyor belt solution VARICON+ GLS MF works with
multi-frequency technology and is the standard model for inspecting piece and
bulk goods on a conveyor belt with very good detection accuracy.
Compliance Package
The innovative Compliance Package is a unique software solution for complete and efficient documentation of guideline-compliant food production.
