Sesotec introduces the new RAYCON EX2, a compact entry-level X-ray inspection system for packaged foods, celebrated for its easy integration and rapid startup. With a total length of just 800 millimeters, this system is perfect for existing production lines and retrofit projects with limited space. The intelligent auto-learn function allows automatic learning of new products with only five sample products in less than two minutes, significantly reducing setup time. In addition to reliably detecting metallic and non-metallic foreign bodies, the RAYCON EX2 also supports quality control by identifying missing, damaged, or deformed products. This new system offers an economical and straightforward entry into X-ray inspection without compromising on product safety and performance.
Another standout in the RAYCON product line is the RAYCON D+ TX model. Equipped with a high-resolution TDI line detector, it sets new standards in detection accuracy—especially at high conveyor speeds. The detector delivers significantly higher image contrast and reduced noise, enabling the reliable detection of even the smallest and most challenging foreign bodies. Combined with AI-driven THiNK Technologies, the system analyzes image data in real-time and continuously optimizes detection performance. This technology goes beyond traditional grayscale analysis, precisely identifying deviations from a product's ideal state—even in complex structures or foreign bodies with low density like bone fragments or cartilage.
Introducing the next generation of tunnel metal detectors: INTUITY NEX. Equipped with groundbreaking Quattro Simultaneous Frequency Technology, advanced AI-driven THiNK Technologies, and a sleek user interface, it sets new standards in metal detection. Four parallel search frequencies significantly enhance detection accuracy, especially for challenging applications, while the refined THiNK Technologies further optimize foreign body detection. A new hygienic coil design with IP66 and IP69K protection ratings, along with a newly developed conveyor belt, makes this system ideal for hygiene-sensitive production environments with rigorous cleaning cycles. This high-end system is complemented by the modern Insight.HMI operating concept with a capacitive touchscreen and extensive connectivity through interfaces like OPC-UA, MQTT, and REST-API for seamless integration into digital production environments.
Introducing Insight.360, the groundbreaking connectivity and visualization solution making its debut. This software offers comprehensive analysis and visualization of production and inspection data across locations and production lines. As a complete Software-as-a-Service package with setup included, Insight.360 empowers businesses to swiftly transition to data-driven production, providing transparency across all production processes—from individual machines to entire production structures. At its core is the browser-based platform Insight.WEB, featuring intuitive dashboards that present production, quality, and equipment data in real-time. This clarity enables informed decision-making and sustainable process optimization. The solution is compatible with any existing machinery and seamlessly integrates with current systems.
