Why is product inspection and sorting important with regard to grain mill products?

Grain mills process grain, which form a key part of people’s diets. Grain mills aim not to waste any resources and seek to make production as efficient as possible. Product inspection and sorting systems increase food safety and ensure top quality in the production process of grain products (e.g. flour, semolina, wholewheat, flakes and bran), legumes and nuts.
