Sales Manager Food and Plastics (m/f/d)

 

You have acquired a qualification and built a successful track record in sales within a manufacturing industry, preferably in the Food and Plastics sector. You have a several years of professional experience, particularly in sales of technical products and products requiring explanation and a broader advisory. In your role you will be active and responsible for the sales in your country, but you will also be active throughout the Group, and thus internationally. With the sales growth in your region, you develop your further job perspectives.


Main Requirements of the Role

  • Degree in a Business/Finance/Engineering related field
  • A proven track record in (channel) sales (Food and Plastic preferred)
  • Understanding of engineering and finance
  • Advanced organization, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • A high level of business awareness and acumen
  • Proficient IT-skills
  • Fluent English (German welcome)


We expect you to

  • implement sales business plans to generate growth
  • acquire new customers and manage all subprocesses involved
  • support the necessary technical clarifications related to product
  • participate in sales campaigns across the Sesotec Group
  • builds strong internal and external networks with various contributing parties
  • maintains positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders and authorities
  • ensure company policies, regulatory and legal guidelines are met and clearly communicated
  • represent the company, its product and mission in a desired way
