Reliable separation of metal impurities is essential before chipping or shredding of wood or wood processing waste. Metal detectors effectively protect size reduction machinery. Our magnetic separators are used mainly to remove ferrous metals prior to processing. They are characterized by robust construction and high effectiveness.

DLS

The DLS is a separable tunnel metal detector. Welded construction makes it robust and reliable. It is installed in conveyor lines with higher product stream heights.

ELS

The ELS is a single-face metal detector of welded construction that is installed under pan conveyors or chutes to inspect wood waste, preferably with low product stream heights.

This robust magnet system is also available with optional hydraulic drive. Guards on both sides prevent operator injury or damage to the discharge conveyor.

For the separation of ferrous contaminants plate magnets are installed in a continuous material flow above conveyor lines, in free fall, under chutes and slides, etc.

PRM

An inline chute magnet system for use with fibrous materials and materials that tend to bridge, which has proven effective with very high throughput rates and tubular pressure conveyor systems. Hinged stainless steel plates swing out for easy cleaning of the magnet blocks.

Tubular inline magnetic separators are used in pipeline conveyors to thoroughly separate ferrous metals from bulk materials. The housing as well as the conical top of the magnetic core are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel (1.4301). There is sufficient clearance between the magnetic core and the housing to ensure free product flow, even when metal contaminants are adhering to the core.

RME

Tubular inline magnetic separators are used in pipeline conveyors to thoroughly separate ferrous metals from bulk materials. This type uses an electromagnetic field to attract contaminants.

Drum magnet system in which the position of the magnetic field can be adjusted to ensure optimal separation of contaminants and clean material.

TMG

Drum magnet system in which the connector dimensions are customized to allow for easy integration into the customer's existing systems.

Permanent magnetic head rollers are designed to replace the drive roller at the discharge end of belt conveyors. This primary system removes coarse and medium size ferrous contaminants.
