Permanently magnetic grid magnets can be supplied in circular, rectangular or square format and are therefore universally applicable. Ferrous particles are filtered out from bulk material as they pass through the magnetic grid.

The RAPID 4000-FS metal separator is used to inspect bulk goods under free-fall conditions. It detects all magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminations (steel, stainless steel, aluminium) – even when enclosed in the product. Metal contaminations are rejected through the “Quick Flap” reject unit. The RAPID 4000-FS is used mainly in industries with low hygiene applications.

RAPID 5000 metal separation systems for free fall applications have been specifically designed to meet exacting hygiene standards and are therefore particularly suitable for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

The RAPID 6000 metal separator for freefall applications removes magnetic and non-magnetic metal impurities via a swivel hopper. This method has proven highly effective especially for coarse-grained, flaky, light, fibrous, friable or moist bulk materials.

Metal separator used for the inspection of bulk materials in free-fall conveyor pipes starting from a nominal width of 200 mm. Metal contaminations are rejected by means of a swivel hopper. The reject outlet is of dust-proof design during normal operation.

Inline magnet system for inspection of bulk goods that tend to bridge or cake. The rotating action of the magnetic rod matrix, driven by an electromotor, prevents blockages of the separator and ensures that the product remains in close contact with the magnets.
