Описание продукта

VARISORT NE-P polymer separation systems are designed for use in the plastics recycling industry to identify and remove certain types of plastic from others in a bulk material stream. The material to be inspected is spread out on a fast-moving conveyor so that the pieces are optimally individualised before they reach the inspection area of the near infra-red detector which identifies the plastics and pinpoints their position. If a contaminant is detected its exact location is determined. Electronics evaluate this position and ejection nozzles are activated with pinpoint accuracy and at precisely the right time to blow out the contaminant. The ejection nozzles are so precise that the foreign plastics are removed with very little loss of good material and without any interruption to the material flow.
